It's been a rather long while since I've posted on here. This past year has been rather insane (not that my years normally are not! :))
We are in the process of expanding our family by bringing in a child through a foster-to-adopt program. While we are very excited, this process is quite extensive and overwhelming. At this point we have completed everything and are just waiting for our placement. This is extremely exciting!
For the organization that I have started, U.R. Our Hope, we are at the point of filing our 501c3 with the IRS. This is extremely exciting. We are here to assist those with undiagnosed and rare disorders in all sorts of ways. If you would like to read more on this please see our website:

Thursday I brilliantly twisted my ankle in a very funny way and am on crutches for the first time. Let's just say that it is not fun. The good new is I can finally put my foot down without tons of pain, but I'm still no where close to walking normally. Oh well, such is life!
